EZ CARD INFO: For those who have credit cards with us you may have noticed an extra security measure when logging into ezcardinfo.com. You will now be sent a one time security code that will need to be included with your log in routine to access your account. Please make sure we have a current number for you on file so that you are able to receive that code either via text or phone call.

If you receive a phone call stating your debit card has been suspended hang up and call our office at 605-791-1424. Do not release any information!! Additionally, our fraud monitoring system does not ask for card numbers or PINs.

Lost or stolen ATM/Debit card? First, please turn your card off using the SecurLOCK app. Second, please call our office at 605-791-1424. If your card is lost or stolen after hours please call 1-800-236-2442 to report it and then call our office the next business day to get a new card ordered.
