UPDATE AS OF AUGUST 25TH:

As you are all aware, our lobby has been closed to walk in traffic since March 20th. We have been offering full services in our drive thru since then and have set up appointments in the lobby as needed. We are asked on a daily basis when we will be opening the lobby again and the truth is: we’re not sure.

The health and safety of our staff and membership is of the upmost importance to us. With a limited staff it is extremely important that we are all here to be able to fulfill our roles and duties to serve our membership. We ask for your continued patience and understanding.

Setting up an appointment: We are doing everything in our power to make sure your needs can be met in the drive thru, through our app/online banking or on the phone! If you have coin, please let us know in the drive thru and we will either take it from you there and run it through the machine ourselves or we will meet you at the front door. If your needs cannot be met with one of the above options please call us at 791-1424 to talk with a staff member about setting up an appointment.

LOANS: Loans are now being handled a little differently due to a reduction in staff and the COVID virus. Applications can be picked up through the drive thru or downloaded off the website. Please fill the application out completely and drop it off with two current pay stubs. Also be sure to include as much information as possible as to what you are needing financing for with your application! Wanda will get back to you as soon as possible to obtain further information or to set up a time to sign paperwork.

PRE APPROVAL can no longer be done like the good ol’ days. Due to auditor request and regulation compliance we MUST have a loan application filled out before we can do anything. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. When filling out your application please notate that you are seeking pre-approval and give us an idea of how much you are looking to spend so we can get you numbers to fit your budget!

IF YOU THINK YOU’RE BEING SCAMMED…

If you receive a phone call stating your debit card has been suspended hang up and call our office at 605-791-1424.  Do not release any information!!  Additionally, our fraud monitoring system does not ask for card numbers or PINs.
