Loan/Visa Application 

(First time loan fee: $25, Last loan older than a year: $10. Fee is due before application can be processed!):  Please fill out completely to the best of your knowledge and give as much detail as you can about what you are hoping to purchase. We will need two current pay stubs per applicant/co-applicant. Once completed please mail to our main office at: 2990 E. HWY 44  Rapid City, SD 57703. If you would like to email your application please send it to wanda.o@dacotahfcu.com. Be sure to scan your completed loan application, two current pay stubs and purchase order (if applicable, if not, please include information on your reason for needing financing). An application will not be processed if it is incomplete, if all the required paperwork/information is not sent or if the fee has not been paid.

HOLIDAY DEFERRAL  $35 per loan:

(Applications available November 1st to January 31st)  All loans must be current (no more than 10 days past due) 90 days prior to qualify and no other deferrals within the past 12 months. Deferment does not waive the interest and will extend the term of the loan. Loans must have at least 3 months of payments to qualify. This offer is good for all loans EXCEPT: Visa, Home equity, Mortgage, or any line of credit.
